Rhineland-Palatinate: Steady prices
The table potato market remains balanced and demand at seasonal levels. Early table potatoes, mainly from Egypt and Israel, are in greater demand from food retailers. Sales are continuing at constant prices. Price changes are no longer expected until the start of the early potato season, the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Agriculture claimed.
