Natalya, who comes from a family with generations of vegetable-growing experience, revealed the champion variety to be ‘Cesile’. She reported planting 40,000 heads this season, cultivating a range of modern hybrids including ‘Megaton’, ‘Vestriia’, and ‘Atria’. When asked for her secret, she emphasized fundamental, yet precisely executed, agronomic practices: vigilant pest monitoring and timely control, consistent weeding, regular fertilizer application, and understanding the crop’s preference for cool weather and ample irrigation.
