The Agronom-sad company has announced its entry into the National Union of Fruit and Vegetable Producers, according to an official press release from the company.
As part of the Fruit and Vegetable Union, the company plans to fulfill important strategic tasks facing fruit producers, including:
preparation of an industry strategy for 10 years and development of a roadmap for 5 years, taking into account the experience of the industry in developed countries with the identification of growth drivers, values and the role of the state;
development and promotion of legal acts aimed at advancing the development of production, storage, packaging and distribution of fruits of domestic production;
initiation and implementation of projects aimed at the development of fruit production in the Russian Federation (including organic ones);
development of new technical regulations and standards for the production, storage, packaging and distribution of apples and pears using the best world practices, new available technologies and digitalization tools;
search for options for promoting the ESG agenda and its implementation, as well as proposing methods for protecting the market of the Russian Federation and the EAEU market from unfair competition from foreign producers and suppliers of apples and pears.
