This allowed the Lukhovitsy urban district to enter the top three among municipalities near Moscow in growing vegetables in greenhouses.
The greenhouse complex “Lukhovitsky vegetables” was built in 2015. Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region, visited the opening of the enterprise and highly appreciated the organization of the production process and noted that advanced equipment is used here. Four years later, construction was completed and the second stage of the plant was put into operation. The total production area of LLC “Lukhovitsky vegetables” is 35.2 hectares. Cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce are grown here. The third stage of the plant is under construction, which will increase the area of greenhouses by 15 hectares.
“The greenhouse complex is equipped with modern technological systems in production and seedling blocks, an automated climate control system. The enterprise has its own energy center with gas generating equipment. The plant uses a two-level inter-row illumination with LED-lamps of the latest generation. The processes of maintaining climate and caring for plants are automatically regulated, which guarantees stability in the supply and quality of vegetables,” says Pavel Petrov, director of the enterprise.
In June 2020, a packaging and distribution center for the storage and processing of fresh vegetable products was put into operation on the territory of the Lukhovitskiye Vegetables plant. The complex is equipped with a four-tier automated storage area, which allows you to meet the highest standards of storage and logistics of products. Equipment for automatic sorting, calibration and packaging of vegetable products guarantees fast, efficient and accurate pre-sale preparation of fresh vegetables.
A greenhouse complex will operate near Astapov. At the entrance to the territory of the enterprise there is a pavilion where, if available, you can buy products that are grown here.
