Gardeners and gardeners of Chuvashia will be able to reimburse 50% of the cost of the cost of developing engineering infrastructure

A new form of state support was initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of Chuvashia and applies to horticultural and horticultural non-profit associations of citizens. The corresponding resolution “On approval of the Rules for the provision of subsidies from the republican budget of the Chuvash Republic to horticultural and horticultural non-profit partnerships located on the territory of the Chuvash Republic for reimbursement of part of the costs for the development of engineering infrastructure on their territory” was signed by the Head of the Republic – Chairman of the regional Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nikolaev.
As Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Agriculture of Chuvashia Sergey Artamonov explained, despite the significant contribution of gardening and horticultural partnerships to the production of agricultural products (potatoes, vegetables, fruits and berries), there are questions about supporting this category of farms.
“Thanks to the innovation, 50% of the actual costs for the construction, reconstruction, repair of existing gas supply, sewerage and water supply networks will be reimbursed – this is drilling and well construction, construction of pumping stations and water pipelines, as well as electricity supply – the construction of transformer substations, power lines,” – clarified Sergey Artamonov.
State support will ensure favorable conditions for activities in partnerships, increase the number of those interested in joining and, accordingly, the production of agricultural products.
State support will be provided based on the results of the selection. The criteria will be the availability of approved project documentation for infrastructure facilities, concluded work contracts or contracts for the sale of equipment, state registration of rights to buildings and structures in partnerships, and the share of registered rights to land plots within the boundaries of a non-profit partnership should be at least 80% of the total land area land provided for horticulture and horticulture.
At present, the list of non-profit organizations created by citizens for horticulture and horticulture includes 694 associations on the territory of the republic, including about 140 thousand people.
