The Moscow region has approved a list of plots that will be allocated to agricultural producers as part of the expansion of the “Moscow region 10 hectares” program. Farmers have been allocated more than 30 plots for free use, the press service of the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food reports.
The project has been in operation since May 2022 and initially its implementation was envisaged in 3 pilot districts: Silver Ponds, Shatura and Lotoshino. Now the number of municipalities has increased from 3 to 26 and they have identified plots that will be given to farmers.
According to the deputy chairman of the government of the Moscow Region, who oversees the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Georgy Filimonov, 34 additional plots have been allocated to farmers, which are in state or municipal ownership.
“Their total area was more than 700 hectares. These lands will now be available for free use within the framework of the program “10 hectares near Moscow,” Filimonov said.
He noted that within the framework of this program, 17 land plots for a total area of 662 hectares have already been allocated in 2022. Among the municipalities where you can get land on preferential terms, there are still Silver Ponds, Shatura, Lotoshino, as well as 23 municipalities in the far Moscow region: gorokruga Bogorodsky, Volokolamsk, Voskresensk, Dmitrovsky, Yegoryevsk, Zaraysk, Istra, Kashira, Klin, Kolomna, Lukhovitsy, Mozhaisk, Naro-Fominsky, Orekhovo-Zuevsky, Pavlovsky Posad, Ruzsky, Sergiev Posad, Serpukhov, Solnechnogorsk, Stupino, Taldomsky, Chekhov, Shakhovskaya.
Farmers are provided with land for free use for 6 years. The land can be used for breeding small cattle of dairy and meat-and-dairy direction, as well as for vegetable growing, gardening, beekeeping, plant growing.
You can choose a land plot for free use on the interactive map of the Geoportal of the Moscow region, and apply for land remotely using the regional portal of public services.
In addition, a digital land selection service has been developed. Farmers in the region can apply for land without leaving home. Those who wish to receive it need to start with authorization on the portal of state and municipal services of the Moscow region. This happens with the help of a verified account in the federal state information system ESIA (Unified Identification and Authentication System).
Then, in the “Purpose of your application” field, you need to select the category “Selection of agricultural land plots” and proceed to filling out the form, then attach the necessary documents and send the application for consideration by the department.
Earlier, the governor of the Moscow Region, Andrey Vorobyov, said it was important to inform business representatives as much as possible about the support measures available to them. Vorobyov also noted that the program of providing plots for business in the Moscow region is a priority.
