Anthony Kachenko, the general manager for production and sustainability research and development at Hort Innovation Australia, emphasized this substantial growth, highlighting the vegetable’s rising appeal. “We’ve seen a massive growth in the category—a 53 per cent surge in the last 12 months,” Kachenko stated.
