Six canning factories in Kabardino-Balkaria continue harvesting and processing green peas.
According to operational data, today the enterprises have processed about 9.5 thousand tons of green peas, produced more than 30 million standard cans of canned food, which slightly exceeds the figures for the same date last year.
Basically, canning factories process their own raw materials. According to preliminary data from municipalities, this year, vegetable peas in the whole country have been sown on an area of more than 5,000 hectares, which is approximately the same as last year.
