Our Elea PEF Advantage Belt systems improve product quality and yield whilst reducing processing costs and energy use. Raw materials treated with Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) are easier to cut or slice, show less breakage and retain colour and shape while drying. PEF application allows to shorten blanching time and temperature, as well as drying time. Undesired quality changes will be reduced.
In our online PEFinar, we will show you different product treatments with PEF and the resulting benefits in application. In a live demonstration with our PEF Advantage B 1 system, which is specially designed for production lines with a capacity between 1 and 6 t/h, we will show you the real PEF effect. Our machines with other capacities can be viewed afterwards in our virtual showroom.
