Yesterday, rescuers attempted to launch the vessel into the water.
Near Tuapse, at the end of last week, the dry cargo ship Lider Bulut under the flag of Cameroon ran aground. There were 28 people on board. At that moment, the roll exceeded 10 degrees. During the work, divers discovered several holes through which water entered the ship.

Yesterday it became known that the rescuers plan to remove the cargo ship from the shallows, and then tow it to the parking lot. However, the attempt was unsuccessful. According to TASS with reference to the press service of Rosmorrechflot, when the Lider Bulut was placed on the water, the list increased significantly, in connection with which it was decided to return the vessel to the ground.

Today, experts will find out the reasons for the increase in the roll, as well as carry out work to establish them.

“There is no threat of flooding, in the morning experts will figure out what caused the roll to increase. Tomorrow, work will be carried out to clarify the reasons for this roll: whether it is from the inflow of water, whether the systems for pumping ballast tanks are not working, or some other reasons, a new cargo displacement is also possible, ”the department told the news agency.
