Kale has not only become an important variety for vegetable farmers to increase their income, but also a “new favorite” for citizens to buy.The person in charge of Hunan Yaohong Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. said that the yield of Zhonggan 628 and 21 has been increased by about 20% compared to the original, and the yield per acre can reach about 3,500 kg.Citizen Mr. Wang said that kale not only has a good appearance and many layers of green leaves, but also is crispy and slightly sweet, and has a good taste. It is a veritable green food.
