On October 26 and 27, 2023, Sochi will host the 5th Anniversary Agricultural Forum “Fruits and Vegetables of Russia – 2023”, dedicated to the development, problems and prospects of the fruit and berry industry in the country. The forum is an important event for all stakeholders and is a platform for sharing experience, discussing topical issues and presenting innovative projects.
One of the speakers at the forum will be Yulia Prikhodko, director of ANO Investment Promotion Agency. Her speech, scheduled for October 27, will be devoted to the topic “Investment potential of the fruit and vegetable and berry industries: obtaining business support and implementing an investment project.”
ANO Investment Promotion Agency is actively engaged in consulting and organizational support for investment projects in the Krasnodar Territory. The main feature of the Agency’s work is free assistance to small and medium-sized businesses in the implementation of investment projects. It is important to note that there are no restrictions on the amount of capital investments in projects, which makes the Agency accessible to various investors.
APICC provides a wide range of services to investors in the industry. They include the selection and assistance in obtaining a land plot, assistance in the development and modification of urban planning documentation, assistance in obtaining technical conditions for connecting objects to engineering networks, selection of financial instruments for the implementation of an investment project, assistance in obtaining permits for construction, reconstruction and commissioning of objects in operation, as well as assistance in conciliation procedures on other issues of the organization’s activities.
Particular attention will be paid to state support for investment in this industry. Yulia Prikhodko will talk about the various support measures available to investors. Her report will discuss such significant instruments as subsidies, grants for the modernization and purchase of equipment, as well as other forms of assistance that contribute to the successful implementation of investment projects. The forum participants will be presented with the results and achievements of investment projects already implemented, which received support from the Agency. An example of successful implementation is the project of a wine production company, which built a winery worth 500 million rubles thanks to the technical support of the Agency, which contributed to the successful operation of the enterprise.
Another example of a successful project supported by the Agency is the expansion of the farm’s greenhouse complex with an investment of 105 million rubles. The Agency assisted in conducting urban planning analysis and resolving infrastructure issues related to energy supply. Such projects show positive results and effect for small and medium-sized businesses, and also make a significant contribution to the development of the industry.
Also, thanks to government support measures and high-quality support for the investment process, another project to create an agro-industrial complex has become feasible. The investor managed to successfully select a land plot in the city of Novorossiysk for the implementation of the enterprise. In addition, with the consulting assistance of the Agency, the investor received subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnodar Territory.
At the forum, Yulia Prikhodko will provide detailed information on the various forms of assistance available to enterprises in this industry, for example, subsidies for the establishment and (or) maintenance of perennial plantings (before commercial fruiting), including nurseries, a grant for the establishment of intensive gardens and others.
Successful projects implemented with the support of the Agency demonstrate the importance of state support and support for investment projects in the fruit, vegetable and berry industries. They become examples of positive results, production efficiency and development of small and medium-sized businesses.
