In the Khabarovsk Territory, the production of garden strawberries is being established through the construction of new greenhouse complexes. Thanks to this, it is planned to produce 2,880 kg of berries in the region by 2026, reports IA TASS.
Grant in the amount of 3 million rubles. will go to the construction of four greenhouses with an area of 200 sq. m for growing remontant strawberries.
By 2026, the volume of production of garden strawberries under the project will be 2,880 kg.

Also at the Russian-Japanese enterprise JGC Evergreen, which is mainly engaged in the cultivation of cucumbers and tomatoes, in 2018 they built an experimental greenhouse for growing strawberries with an area of 0.054 hectares, and last year they began to build the main greenhouse on 0.078 hectares.
“Currently, construction work has been suspended due to the search for an acceptable construction technology – the experimental greenhouse is built of polyethylene, which complicates its year-round operation. The volume of cultivated strawberries in 2020 amounted to 0.65 tons ”.

In addition, she announced that by 2023, at the Rakitnoye site of the Khabarovsk advanced development territory, the Far Eastern Greenhouse Park company plans to build a complex of high-tech production greenhouses with a total area of 1.1 hectares for growing garden strawberries. After reaching the design capacity, more than 40 tons of fresh berries will be supplied to retail chains.
