Vegetable growing in agdash region is a traditional economic sector and despite the difficulties caused by unfavorable weather conditions in the current year, landowners have achieved abundant production.
According to the regional correspondent of AZERTAC, 1215.6 hectares of vegetable crops, more tomatoes, cucumbers and cabbage were grown in Agdash this season. 34,440.7 tons were harvested from the fields. This indicator is 3219.1 tons or 10.3 percent more than in the previous year.
This year, the landowners of Khosrov, Golgati, Ashagi Zeynaddin, Gurjuva and ilk Aral settlements of the region have achieved the production of more vegetable products.
It should be noted that 64.6 hectares of vegetable crops were planted in the region.
