The new Ishida Model CCW-R fresh produce weigher from Heat and Control introduces unique technology that increases packaging speeds and efficiency, and simplifies operator interface with innovative easy-to-follow controls. Ideal for cut and shredded lettuce, spring mix, leaf spinach, baby carrots and other fresh-cut products, the weigher provides faster digital filtering and new calculation methods that prevent mis-cycles and increase weighing accuracy.
A revolutionary stainless steel material virtually eliminates product sticking, while new feeder controls stabilize product flow and reduce energy consumption. The improved operator control unit runs with Windows XP allowing e-mail communication from the panel. Product photographs in the operating presets, taken with a built-in camera, facilitate set-up for production. There’s even an optional dispersion feeder video camera to show what is happening with product on top of the weigher.
