President Sadyr Japarov instructed the Minister of Agriculture Askarbek Zhanybekov to prepare new versions of the Water and Land Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic by November 1, the press service of the head of state reported.
Zhaparov stressed that the cost of drinking water in the world has increased.
“We didn’t understand the value of clean drinking water and spent it irrationally. It shouldn’t be like this anymore. New editions of the Water Code and the Land Code should be ready by November 1. You are fully responsible for this,” the president said at a Cabinet meeting.
